This tulle skirt is a repeat offender, but can you blame me? After wandering down the gorgeous streets of downtown West Palm and the fabulous Worth Ave., it’s only natural to want to dress up a little extra special when in the area. This skirt is a favourite of mine because of its ombre effect and high waist fit. I also love the straw accessories paired with it, especially when on vacation.
