Strawberry Cookies

This super simple way of making these cookies will change your life!

All you’ll need is just a few ingredients and you’re all set. Whether you have last minute guests coming over or have a huge craving for cookies and want a quick fix, this is the recipe!

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Strawberry cake mix box
• 1 tsp of baking powder
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup of vegetable oil or milk
• Parchment paper
• Pan
• 1 cup of white chocolate chips

 

QUICK INSTRUCTIONS:

• Set oven to 350 degrees
• Toss in your cake mix and the baking powder – give it a good stir
• Add two eggs and vegetable oil and beat until mixed well
• Add in once cup of white chocolate chips
• Line your pan with parchment paper
• Using two spoons, scoop your mixture onto parchment paper on pan – give them lots of space – they expand
• Bake in the oven for 12 minutes
• Let them cool on the pan before transferring to a wire rack (about 5 minutes)
