I’m so happy I stumbled across this recipe. It was super easy to whip up and most of the ingredients I already had at home.
The original recipe can be found on Cookie Named Desired. This one is by far one of my favs and I’m definitely going to try some of her other yummy breakfast options.
The only thing I switched up was the maple syrup, I used Agave sugar instead. I like the sweetness of the Agave and it cuts down on the sugar a bit. I also experimented with the almond milk. I didn’t use as much the first time making this recipe and it turned out to be more of a pudding, so I dipped some strawberries in it and enjoyed it as a yummy afternoon snack. Clearly this recipe can be used for so many different things.
This is the perfect smoothie for something to grab on the go. I like it because you make it ahead of time and it still tastes great. The avocado makes you feel full and the chocolate and peanut butter? Well, it tastes like dessert and it’s super healthy! That’s definitely a win-win.
This recipe is very simple and only takes a few minutes to make.
